Our administrative staff are on call on a rotating schedule nights and weekends as well as being here physically for several hours on Saturday and Sunday. Our administrative staff are readily visible and available to the residents at all times.

In the Independent Living dining room managers are rotated for weekends. From an administrative standpoint, the Executive Director and staff leave on Friday and come back on Monday. We do not have "managers" as such in Independent Living. Not sure what happens with Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing.

On weekends for issues, we need to call Securities.

Does your community have rotating weekend managers or do they all leave Friday and not show up again until Monday?

Also, do you have visible staff 24/7 interacting with residents or do you have to call security to get assistance?
